For transaction confirmation, acknowledgement letter or any questions regarding your contribution, please email [email protected]. For inquiries about online donations email: [email protected].

IMPORTANT: As you follow the steps below, please note that the order In which they will come up will be determined by the settings on your computer so they may appear in a different order. Just scroll up and down until you find the visual that matches yours.
DONATE NOW
Picture
We encourage you to choose “semiannually” as this will process your donation every six months automatically, but you will have full control over stopping it, changing the method of payment, etc.  You are also free to choose “give once” and will then have to make a donation for every meeting. If $212 does NOT appear in the box as shown, please fill it in manually.

--To be a member in good standing, we ask that you donate $212 each quarter, including your $200 donation to the nonprofit we choose, plus the 6% fee that goes to ICF.  If you choose semiannual, that is the minimum donation you can make.
--If you are NOT a member and want to make a donation, you are free to choose any of the amounts in the pre-populated boxes or you can choose a different amount by going to the pulldown.
Picture
Once you click “semiannually,” the blue box at the bottom will switch to “donate semiannually.”  Click the blue box.
From here on, you will see each of these screens but maybe not in the order presented here.  If a different screen appears next, just scroll down to find it for instructions, (and you may not need them as most of these are self-explanatory.)

The only required information here is your name and email address, and to check the agreement box for terms and privacy policy.  If you check “donate anonymously,” we will still know you donated and credit you for it but your name won’t be published on ICF’s site as a donator.

The new total includes a processing charge for the Fundraise Up platform and the credit card charge. To see a more detailed explanation of the fees being charged, go to the pulldown "donations overview" under the "meetings" tab and scroll to the end of the page.

You have the option of not being charged extra to cover it by clicking on the blue question mark, but it will then be taken out of your donation instead.  We respectfully request that you cover it if possible, as a full $200 donation (before fees) is the minimum to be a member in good standing to have voting and nominating rights. Then look below and choose how you would like to pay.
Picture
Put in your card information.  If you’ve chosen one of the other payment options, you will see a screen reflecting the information needed for that option.
Picture
This next screen asks if you have a potential employer match to offer.  If yes, click “continue.”  If no, “skip to the next step.”
Picture
Your address is optional.  You can “skip to the next step” or fill it in and hit “continue.”
Picture
And finally, you will see a “thank you” message.  You will also receive an email from ICF which will serve as your US tax deduction documentation so save it!  There are also links at the end of this email where you can”
 --Download the tax receipt
--Manage your donation (change credit cards, cancel, change amount of donation, etc.), and
--Contact ICF with questions

If you lose these links, I can easily help provide you with whatever you need
