Charity Pre-Qualification Form for Charities

100 WHO CARE TECATE
We are a collective giving circle located at the Residences at Rancho La Puerta in Tecate, Mexico.
Our purpose is to pool our collective funds to make charitable donations to nonprofits in Tecate.

IF YOU ARE CHOSEN TO PARTICIPATE:
·      A description of your project will be required to be eligible for an award (see below)
·      A maximum of three members of your organization can be part of the presentation
·      The presentation will be in English
·      The presentation can be up to 5 minutes long
You may bring a poster and brochures to leave but NO PowerPoints or audio visuals
·      The presentation will be in person at our meeting in Tecate
·      Your organization will be invited to our next meeting in 6 months to report how your award was used to support your project
